Scott Higham is an award-winning professional drummer and vocalist with more than 30 years of experience performing, touring and recording.
He has recorded on 50+ albums and performed in more than 25 countries, appearing at major international festivals including Wacken Open Air, Sweden Rock Festival, High Voltage, Loreley, ROSfest and Summer's End, as well as supporting Dream Theater in Portugal.
From 2008 to 2014, Scott was the drummer for progressive rock legends Pendragon, recording the albums Pure and Passion, along with the live releases Concerto Maximo and Out of Order Comes Chaos. During his time with Pendragon, Scott won the Classic Rock Society Best Drummer of the Year Award twice — for his work on Pure and subsequently Passion.
Scott is also the original drummer for Clive Nolan's rock musicals She, Alchemy and King's Ransom, and has performed and recorded with artists including Oliver Wakeman, Angel Witch, Alan Reed, Paul Samson, Shadowkeep, Caamora, Dec Burke, Ark Ascent, Sutej Singh and many others.
Alongside his original and progressive rock work, Scott has an extensive career in profesisonal function bands, performing both drums and lead/backing vocals. He is also an experienced session musician, educator and clinician.
His approach is built on more than technique. After three decades working in studios, on stages and in professional bands around the world, Scott brings musicality, feel, versatility and real-world experience to everything he does.
